Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.
- Nairobi Deliveries: Orders within Nairobi are fulfilled within 2 hours of confirmation.
- Outside Nairobi: Deliveries across Kenya are typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on location and courier schedules.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics providers including G4S, Wells Fargo, Buscar, EPH, Easy Coach, Lakeland Logistics, Modern Coast, and other reputable couriers as per customer preference.
Delivery Fees
- Standard Packages (Less Bulky): Flat delivery fee of KES 500 nationwide.
- Heavy or Bulk Orders: Delivery charges are quoted and agreed upon before order placement to ensure transparency.
Order Tracking
Customers receive a tracking number or dispatch confirmation once their order has been shipped.
Delivery Terms
