Welcome to Phinetech Solutions. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.phinetechsol.co.ke) or physical store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

  1. General Use
  • Our website and store are operated by Phinetech Solutions, located at Bebabeba Trade Center, Tom Mboya Street, Ground Floor, Shop D-01, Nairobi, Kenya.
  • By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  1. Product Information
  • We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Offers and promotions are valid while stocks last.
  1. Orders & Payments
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received through approved payment methods.
  • Accepted payments include Invoice payments (for corporate orders), Bank Transfer, RTGS, EFT, PesaLink, Cheque, Mobile Money, and Cash on Delivery (within Nairobi only).
  • All payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).
  • Nairobi Deliveries: fulfilled within 2 hours.
  • Outside Nairobi: 1–3 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery Fee: KES 500 for standard items; heavy or bulk orders are quoted before purchase.
  • Deliveries are made through trusted couriers such as G4S, Wells Fargo, Buscar, EPH, Easy Coach, Lakeland Logistics, and Modern Coast.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days only for wrong, defective, or damaged items caused by our error.
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect orders, or misuse.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or credit notes are processed within 7 business days once the returned product is received and verified.
  • If the issue is from our side, Phinetech Solutions covers return shipping costs.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except for logistics and payment processing.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Phinetech Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product misuse, third-party delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Product warranties, where applicable, are honored as per manufacturer terms.
