At Phinetech Solutions, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong item ordered by the customer
  • Compatibility issues not confirmed before purchase
  • Damage caused by improper use, handling, or installation after delivery
  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or are missing original packaging/accessories
  • Digital products & Licenses

Acceptable Return Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is missing essential parts or accessories due to our error
  • The product does not match its description on our website

Return & Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via sales@phinetechsol.co.ke or +254 716 531 172 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
  • Accepted returns can be resolved through:
    • Exchange for a replacement product
    • Credit Note redeemable for future purchases
    • Cash Refund processed through the same method of payment used for the order

Processing & Return Costs

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If the issue is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item), Phinetech Solutions covers all return shipping costs.
  • If the issue is not due to our error, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
